The garlic harvest has come in nicely and will add a wonderful addition to many dishes.
I also have several new shiitake logs (which were inoculated two summers ago). They are finally fruiting for first time.
There are beans on the trellis, several varieties of tomatoes, and some healthy chard in the foreground. All are doing exceptionally well.
Made with fresh ingredients from my garden, here is a tomato and basil bruschetta with a Romneya poppy blossom for decoration.
I made my own version of Pad Thai last night with rice noodles, local spot prawns, fried tofu, and snow peas and broccoli from the garden. Yum!
